On Tuesday morning, a group of Kishore Alo activists led by editor Anisul Haque came to meet the young footballers of the Rangatungi United Women's Football Academy at the Jangalbilash field in Rangatungi village in Ranishankail upazila of Thakurgaon. Academy director Tajul Islam, coach Suga Murmu, members of the Kishore Alo family, and members of the Dinajpur and Thakurgaon district friends' associations of Prothom Alo were present at the time. Keeping in mind the slogan 'As far as you want to go, so far you go', the 12th anniversary cake of Kishore Alo was cut by the students. 40 players were present at the time. Later, various football games were organized with the participation of the students. In between, they performed dances. At this time, T-shirts and health protection equipment were given as gifts along with sports scholarships from Kishore Alo. The organizers said that the young players from Rangatungi village have already won praise in the country. Members of the Prothom Alo family, including the editor of Kishore Alo, met them today. The Kishore Alo family will support these young players in the future.A year-long player scholarship has already been announced for them. Later, Anisul Haque handed over the first installment of the scholarship money to the players. The players and other concerned people are happy to have the Kishore Alo editor close to them. Former national team player Sohagi Kisku said, "We received many gifts on the occasion of the founding anniversary of Kishore Alo. We are very happy about this." A young player named Jaba Rani Roy says, "Kishor Alo has arranged a scholarship for us. This scholarship will inspire us to become big players. We are grateful to Kishor Alo." Tajul Islam, director of Rangatungi United Women's Football Academy, said, "We are very happy. This scholarship will serve as our support. The players of this academy are children from backward communities. This scholarship will be of great benefit to them." With this money, young players will be able to eat nutritious food. The female footballers who are emerging from Gramganj are international-level players. Rangatungi United Women's Football Academy has done amazing work." 23 players from here play in Dhaka. The girls of the country have health, sanitation and nutrition problems. However, they have shown that they can do it if given the opportunity. They should be given the opportunity. For this, they have arranged scholarships for 70 players of the academy. Even if it's just a small amount, this scholarship will boost their motivation. A monthly scholarship of Rs 400 will be given courtesy of Rubana Haque, Vice Chancellor of Asian University for Women.
